On-site consulting and coaching with Jacob.
This service will start with you and I on the phone before my visit even begins. We will talk about what challenges you would like to work on during my time with you and develop a game plan in advance. Day of will be completely focused on making sure that we maximize our time together and find actual answers to your questions and ways to make your company more efficient and more profitable.
You will have eight hours of one-on-one dedicated time in addition to our advance call and a similar debrief call a week afterward.
